Bug description: So, after I finished this quest which ended up with Belath, I was supposed to get another quest from the line (Working With the Wardens) from the same NPC. I can't get anything from him, there's a screenshot. However, I don't know if the problem is with UNexpected visitors or Working With the Wardens, so I inserted both. Thanks for solving.
