Bug - Artifact weapon quests - Shaman

I just hit lvl 98 and wanted to join the legion content.
I spoke to Thrall and finished the Quest where I have to pick my Artifact weapon.
I just could pick the one for restoration shaman, so I took it.
After this I accepted the next quest from Erunak Stonespeaker, he teleported me in a scenario.

In this scenario I have to kill to nagas (I think)
heal a giant
and recruit this giant.

I heald him up to 20% and killed the Nagas, after this I wanted to recruit him.
I clicked on the only option I have "Join us" (something like that), and .... he died....

Neither I have my artifact weapon, nor I can make the szenario/Quest again.

I already tried to use the option "[DEBUG] Server crashed and I want to do again the scenario for artifact."
I relogged.
I deleted my cache folder.
I looked inside my mailbox.
I tried the artifact fix. (https://www.wow-freakz.com/artifact_fix.php)
And I have no quests in my questlog.

Please help me.... with my problem in wow not my bad english

Please follow this guide, go back to your clashall and retake the quest to the scenario:

I already tried to follow these steps.

1. step:
I already said, I were in my classhall and spoke with thrall for the quest "The Elements Call".
I chose the restoration artifact.

2. step:
I accepted the quest "To the Deeps" which I could finish instandly.

3. step:
Also in my classhall I get the Quest "Odyn and the Valarjar", which ported me from my classhall directly into the szenario, where my probmel begun.

Abandon that quest and retake in the classhall. You can find that information in the guide to

I have already said that I have no Quest in my Questlog, so I cant abandon anything :/
