have problem with opening wow

hello so i fixed the CAS error with the disable read only attribute but now when i open the launcher i get this error https://imgur.com/NUaVFCQ i tried to go install the patch folder which the gm set the link for but when i open it it says i cant open the website so if someone could give me the link for the rigt download of the patch folder, i hope it will help me fix the error
