Bug description: I have killed tharillon 4 times and have been unable to loot him. the notebbok is suppose to have 100% drop chance https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=129209&&name=tharillon-s-notebook. every time I kill him I have to delete cache folder and abandon/retake quest.
