Help me , i can't get legendary weapon !!!!

I am a new player in wow but i have a important problem
I am level 103 in Druid and Worgen, and I did the quest but i can not get legendary weapon.
I asked from another players and they saids I should be in Dalaran and a NPC find me and it has that quest that get legendary weapon !
I was being in Dalaran about 30 min but The NPC didn't find me !!
Now my question is this:
If I've done that quest and have received the weapon and I've lost it, what should I do to get it back?

What is the last quest you've done on your Druid? Follow the guide Lethal linked and it should all go fine; as far as finding the NPC in Dalaran goes, if you're talking about the one who starts the quest chain for your artifact weapon, he'll be in front of the inn right outside the Krasus Landing, here:



The reason you might've missed him is because there's generally a lot of people around that spot and it can get confusing, so you can easily miss the quest if you dont know where it is. Good luck, if you need more help just ask.

I think i did that q but I missed the legendary weapon.
If it is true , what should i do ??
Should i delete my hero and level up again ?!?!?!

You have not completed the questline you have stopped the questline at "The Shrine in Peril"

They are the artifact weapons for your class you will get them all after you complete the questline

Should I do other quests to get the legendary weapon ?

You did all the quests for that legendary weapon which is called artifact.

You have 3 relic slots on that weapon, 2 unlocked + 1 locked.

You need to do the quests from this link to unlock the 3rd slot.
