lagging while playing game

Hello I need help
I download the cilent from retail and use freakz laucncher.exe
It works.
But, while playing game, there is constantly downloading and so lag.
Do I need to download another 40Gb?

My folder is 47,1 gb so probably you need to download a few more files

Yes might be because you got the retail client ( other patches so a but bigger ) and missing some other files that we use.
