Having issue with the launcher, cannot play.

Hello guys, I am pretty new here on this server. Want to enjoy a lot but I have an issue with the launcher.

At the beginning everything worked until I got this message

I had it once but it got fixed without moving anything,

so then suddenly it started to come everytime, So I decided to move my WoW folder in a safe location like "C:\WoW\WoW_Legion_Torrent"
Not working,

I created a shortcout checked the "Properties -> Start In" looked all perfect
Still not working.

How can I fix this solution?

Delete wow64.exe and launcher64.exe
