Demonology warlock doom

Yo guys can you pls make it so that doom dosent refresh by hand of doom i mean i almost use it every 5 sec and it refreshes its cooldown and so it never deals damage

It normally deals damage even if refreshed. Provide proof next time you make such assumptions.
