Bug description: if healthstone has less than 3 charges soulwell should refresh them back to 3 charges, not happening.

35:23 he had 1 Healthstone, on Soulwell click he had 3.

I looked for healthstone recharge update on all patch notes and i couldnt find any info, so i think it was implemented since the beggining of Legion.
