Shocker, I believe only 2 achievements necessary for the title are NOT working.

Many have already done this quest, perhaps a reset for everyone would work? It's not an account-wide achievement unfortunately.

That same quest should mail https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=17712&&name=winter-veil-disguise-kit to players who complete it which is used in https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=1690&&name=a-frosty-shake

perhaps you can simply add the toy to a vendor for a nominal fee if you're not able to mail it out?


These two things are, I think, the only title-related things not working in the event. Two other achievements don't work (both related to the Crashin' Thrashin' toys) but aren't required for the Merrymaker title.

FoS https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=9915 also isn't account wide as my Horde mage got it today and my Ally rogue doesn't.

I'd be curious if any of the Winter Veil FoS are actually account-wide.

That's because there are 10 versions of the quest, we only added some of them https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=43363&&name=a-winter-veil-gift&&_f=quest_similar. Normally blizz has 1 different each year, we decided to add 2-3 each year
