Bug description: Toggling walking will reduce the distance traveled with Fel rush to the point where you do it in place while still dealing damage and proccing momentum (Everything other than momentum provided in the video). Essentially fel rush distance traveled scales with moment speed, this can be referred to this bug report made previously (you can mark this as duplicate if you see the need to but please keep this in mind when prioritizing this fix)
