It seems like its now happening if you use furious slash. Its either a delay or a straight up couldown.I think its happening with Bloodthirst and raging blow too but its not that obvious because they are on couldown.You remember how it was back then when you had to get a addon that made it so that spells would go off on keypress down rather than when you release the key ? That is how it feels.Its not a instant cast.To me it honestly feels like it was better before you made the latest fix for rampage.

It works properly, maybe you are talking about spellqueue without knowing about it. The fix for Rampage was a fix for rampage, it CANNOT affect or modify ANYTHING ELSE. I changed GCD for Rampage, end of story, it won't affect any other spells, so "it was better before you made the latest fix" is just plain wrong.

I use spellqueue off, and everything works perfectly, abilities go off as soon as I press (and not release) the key. So it's not from our side

Upon checking the video, it is definitely clear that you're talking about spellqueue. It is visible that the yellow marker appears around the hotkey, meaning it has been put to spellqueue. Just follow that topic to turn it off, you'll be all right
