[DUPLICATE] [Items that affect drop chance] Boons

Bug description: Some of those are not available in-game yet, such as a the Boon of the Bloodseeker, mentioned in other posts, as well as Boon of the Zookeeper (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=144346&&name=boon-of-the-zookeeper), which should be sold by Draemus (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=107326&&name=draemus) since patch 7.1.5 for 200g (proof: http://www.wowhead.com/item=144346/boon-of-the-zookeeper).

Additionally, some of them are empty, such as Scavenged Cloth (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=140220&&name=scavenged-cloth), when they should have 100% chance to contain 18-40 Shal'dorei Silk. Sprocket Container (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=144330&&name=sprocket-container) are another one, which should contain a lot of stuff. And last but not least, it seems all the bags targeted by the boons currently drop regardless of whether or not you have the enchantment on your shoulder, what's even the point of buying the boons if this is how it's gonna be? =/ (Basically, it's as if players currently have Boon of the Nether (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=141861&&name=boon-of-the-nether) active, which combines all the other boons...)

Proof: Links provided for some. Don't need to take pictures to prove all this. Even pre-110, you can loot the bags of Butchered Meat, Mana-tinged Packs or Scavenged Goods without even having access to the shoulder enchants. =/

Here's a proof of what I mean by bags dropping without the enchant required: http://imgur.com/6MIYGXH (as you can see, i have the Butchery enchant on my shoulders, so I should only be getting the Butchered Meat containers, yet somehow I looted a Harvested Goods bag, which requires a different shoulder enchant to pick up)

As of 19-01-2018 this is still an issue, Boon of the zookeeper STILL not for sale (this is the one I care the most tbh), STILL getting butchered meat or others and doesnt matter if you have any of the available Boons enchant applied. Would really like some statement from WoW Freakz on this
