[FIXED] [Monk][Revival] Healing less than tooltip

Bug description: The formula is 7.2 * TotalSpellPower * TotalHealingMultiplier (according to askmrrobot). Doing the maths , the amount of heal is almost as it say in tooltip 350k-360k. Multiple players sent me different situations where revival's heal is way lower than the amount of heal from tooltip.This scenario is only applied in raids , the heal is never getting higher than 350k but ,in dungeons is reaching the tooltip amount 300k-400k (700k-800k crit).
