Bug description: Not working at all.

I got the "Diminishing Return" matter into perspective as well, this is what I found about the formula:

1 Enemy: 1-0.97^1=0.03
so 3% damage reduction and increased damage
2 Enemies: 1-0.97^2=0.0591
so 5.91% damage reduction and increased damage
5 Enemies: 1-0.97^5=0.1413
so 14.13% damage reduction and increased damage, and so on.

Confirmed.

It seems that not even the initial 3% on single target works.
