STUCK CAN NOT GET TO FEL HAMMER TO FINISH QUESTS

Hello, my problem is this: I was doing a quest in fel hammer when I felt and got stuck so I tried using the heartsone which sent me back to the basecamp and I'm stuck there. I can't go back to Fel hammer to finish my quests and when I try to speak with the NPC who allows you to fly up there, it doesn't allow me to do so just says "greetings". Please can you help me or send me back to Fel Hammer?my charr is NUCKFUTS
