Bug description: After the fix, the proc rate increased a bit but it's still not working correctly.

1500 melee - 264 misses - 38 parries = 1198
1198 * 45 / 100 = 539
539/9 = 60 (rounded)
So that's 60 procs for 2 swords => 120 hits
In my recount there are only 74 hits.

I've also noticed something else. Since the fix, when crystalline swords procs (by that I mean when tracker reaches 9), it only deals 1 hit. It used to deal 2 hits at the same time, and that's how it's supposed to work.

That's from the Beta, I guess it was buffed to 1.2 * Attack Power later, cos that's the formula from Askmrrobot, but that mechanism is the same.

Wait what, there is ONE counter for both main and offhand?
You are not correct regarding that it was different previously (dealing 2 hits). I did not change the mechanic at all, it is the exact same as it was before:
there is a separate counter for mainhand and offhand attacks, I just realized that not everything procced it as it should, so I added a few missing things. But the fact that there is two different counters for main and offhand did not change (it was the same before the fix).

I have no clue why did I interpret it like that, it is clear from AskMrRobot that there is ONE counter only, and when that reaches 9, both weapons strike. Will fix it soon

Hmm truth is I didn't really pay attention to it when i tested before the fix, I just hit the boss until it procced and I did 2 hits, probably just had luck and both counters reached 9 at the same time
So I thought maybe you accidentally changed this
But yes, only 1 counter.
