WoW Freakz spell link: Chi-Wave
Bug description: Chi wave will bounce on a Transcendence Clone if you're farther than 25-30 Yards (range is 40) and would not heal you (Logs say it healed me but in the video it did not)

So the problem is that Chi Wave should not target Transcendence Spirit?

The range is NOT 40. You can cast it from 40 yards, but it will only jump to a target that's in 22-23 yards AoE. See here:

I made it so that it still prioritizes players, but also reduced range on it (as of now it was around 30 yards)
