Problem with the beginning of artefact quest.

Hello,

When I reached lvl 98, I' started the quest in Stormwind and I spoke to an Ilidary, at this moment I have been teleport in Dalaran and I could take the Dalaran stone etc...

But now I' haven't any quest, I have looked everywhere: Stormwind, Dalaran and in the paladin hall class. But I'can't find my quest for the artefact.

In this tutorial (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/view-post-5564609.html): They say that I need to find Lord Maxwell Tyrosus in the flying point of Dalaran but is not here.

Someone could help me to begin my artefact quest and where I need to go to take the next quest.

I leveled 3 paladins on this server to 110 and to start the quest chain I always talked to this Lord Maxwell Tyrosus guy that spawns randomly in Legion Dalaran while running around.

I am not sure if you already found this NPC, but after you talked to him he basically wants you to talk to his two bros in Dalaran and then start the journey to uthers tomb.

Ok, I never met this NPC for the moment in Dalaran. However I went everywhere. I gonna try to do another tour of Dalaran.
