WoW Freakz spell link: Bloodlust (wowhead link), Heroism (wowhead link),Time Warp (wowhead link)
Bug description: Guardians should not benefit from haste if the buff is applied on themselves. They should benefit from it indirectly, as they dynamically scale with the owner's stats, including haste. Right now, if you bloodlust and summon companions afterwards,
Proof: https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/8087998869
Quote:
Guardians do not benefit from the direct buff of Bloodlust. Meaning casting lust doesn't give them the buff. However, guardians DO benefit dynamically (meaning they update throughout the duration of their existence) from the player's stats. So you drop fire elemental and then you cast lust. You get 30% more haste, and the fire elemental gains no bloodlust buff. However, he will scale off the haste that you now have until you lose the bloodlust effect.

I can't bring more proof, but I'm guessing you can test this on retail.

This true for any type of summon/pet right? In the current implementation, most of the pets/summons already benefit from the owner's haste, I will probably rewrite it so that ALL pets/summons benefit from it, then blacklist BL auras for pets/summons

Well from my understanding this only applies to guardians. I can't say i have a solid source of information, it's just what I've read among the forums, but most posts are pretty old and it's hard to be sure of anything really.
Tbh it doesn't really matter if a permanent pet gets it's bl haste from the player or from it's own buff, since it gets the whole duration anyway.
But it does matter for guardians because if you summon them after bl is up, then they wouldn't get the haste buff unless they scale with the player's.

It matters a shitton for pets, because they already benefit from owner's haste, effectively making them double dip on every source of haste. I'm 99.999999% sure that's idiotic and shouldn't be like that

Well yeah, you're right, it seems obvious they shouldn't double dip from Bl. What I meant was it doesn't matter from where they get the haste, as long as they only get it once and they get all of it.
And your solution seems only fair to me, it makes sense completely. I'm guessing that's the way it works on blizz too, but then again, I don't like making assumptions and I can't know this for sure.

Okay, so my solution is: pets inherit owners haste but still benefit from haste auras that are NOT present on the player (to avoid double dipping on some auras that both the player and pet can get - such as BL - but to still allow the pet to benefit from haste auras).
Seems fair?

That's even better, this also works well in a situation where players buff their pet's haste, if there is any mechanic of sorts Thinking Idk haven't really played any pet classes on legion except Uh, but I think BM might have something like that.
But anyway, this looks good for me.

Fixed. There might appear weird interactions, please let me know as soon as possible if you find something. Hopefully it'll work just fine
