[REJECTED] Arcane mage on night hold

Bug description: Hello there , i played arcane mage as far as i remember on this server , what i noticed is that , our main ability that would do like almost 50% of our dps on single target situation is arcane blast , so there is this problem that on most bosses fight in night hold like Trilliax or Krosus for example ( as its more of a single Traget fight ) there is a nonsense nerf or some kind of boss reduction or something that would make arcane blasts do half of the usual damage they could do . ive tested it on EN but not a similar things happens there , and when i switch to frost my ice lances do the same damage they do on other situations . my char with an ilvl of 903 , could do like 3m damage with arcane blast on maximum hits and an average of 1m + on a 150m dps . but on most bosses on night hold it would go like 1.6m damage on maximum hit and an average of 600k on my total dps meter .

Note : i know on some fights like the first boss there is some buffs on the boss that he has some sort of damage reduction , but my concern is not those bosses , as you know trilliax and krosus dont have this kind of buffs on them .
Note 2 : ive checked the original videos of streamers on youtube on the same patch we are and the same boss im talking about , not such a thing will happen for them .
