Can't continue with my 3rd relic quest

So okay..i have a problem i don't see the next next for my 3rd relic...followed guides that you guys posted on my last post few months ago but still nothing.
Doesn't say where i should go or whom i have to speak to

That helped. Sort of, though. I finished the quest and the followup one, got back to the Class Hall, got my two extra followers and that's about it. No quests, nothing. I'm stuck again. What do I do?
