Bug description: The quest is currently unobtainable. Probably due to the fact that you can't accept nor can you complete The Arts of a Shaman unlike with other classes as the quest was considered obsolete & removed when Primal Strike was no longer learned as an Enhancement Shaman. The .info command can also confirm that 0 players have completed this quest.
