[DUPLICATE] Dungeon trash cast during stun effect

Bug description: There are more trash who cast in stun effect. In every dungeon i play exist mobs who instantly cast under stun or silence effect ( i tested with sigil from dh tank) and with damage boost from fixes .. this need fix. @Cocodev can u help us with a fix ? It`s a general problem ... you need a list with mobs or you can make a general fix ? Thanks

I need to check again all the creatures behavior, hopefully can do a general fix, i'll comeback later today with a reply.
