Details: This item is used to activate NPC Alani and make it attackable (Link: https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=64403&&name=alani) and then you kill it to drop a mount. When I used the item, the NPC activated and it was attackable for a second and it reset HP and became unattackable again. The Sky Crystal disappeared from my bag as it was used. It took hours of farming to farm those 10x Sky Shards to make that one Sky Crystal. Any help would be much appreciated.

No, I don't but I thought you could check logs or something like that. I made the Sky Crystal around 31st May and 1st June if that helps.
