[REJECTED] skinning - unable to skin in broken isles from skill 1

this is the only place I could find a freakz link and states it is for the MOP server

Bug description: Should be able to skin on the broken isles starting from level 1 skinning and gain skills by skinning them.
Proof:
I have over 450 skill level and cannot skin any creatures despite the skinning icon appearing after I loot. Can provide image if necessary.

“Important! You can skin everywhere from skinning skill 1. This means you can start leveling in Legion zones, you will get the same number of leathers as if you had skinning 800. But this only apply to the new Legion zones, if you skin at other zones with low skinning skill you will get fewer leathers.”

“Leveling Skinning
Once Skinning is trained, head to any Legion zone and start skinning creatures—one skill point per creature. Stormheim, Val'sharah, Highmountain, and Azsuna are dynamic zones, meaning they will scale to your level, so you can skin all sorts of beasts as you level.”

“Learning Skinning
To learn Skinning in Legion, talk to Kondal Huntsworn in the Skinning building in Legion Dalaran. Complete the quest Stonehide Leather Sample to learn Legion Skinner.” This quest has to be done by skinning creatures on broken isles but need over 550 skinning to do this."
