Bug description:
Soul Corrosion damage not scalling (raid size)

Soul Corrosion Stacks up to 9 times. After 9 stacks player cant take soul.

Now on freakz: 1 player can take all soul.

The debuff caps at 9 stacks but you can still absorb souls after on blizz too

Look video. 9 stack cap. After player cant take soul. Method used 4 players ( every have 9 stack). 36 soul on raid.
Freakz version: 1 player take 36++ soul =\

if there are 5souls and 1player only soaks them, he wont soak all 5 instantly.
the reason they are soaking with 4players is that it is faster and in order to avoid having any soul still in well at black harvest.
and also, if they would be soaking with 1player, that player should just stay in well and loose time/dps, by soaking with 4 you win both.

I looked through a lot of logs. And I did not find not one where one person collected all the souls. All logs 2+ players

Watch method kill video, rogues are still soaking at 9 stacks all the fight long.

At 8:50 the rogue moves inside the well with 9 stacks, you see the soul animation hitting him clearly atleast 2 times.

(As side note, the rogues are on 9 stacks since 6:40, so they soak lot's of souls on max stacks)
