Player/npc phasing

Hello, i was wondering if player/npc phasing in game was going to be changed someday. Let me elaborate.
I can only see people/npcs that are very close to me and slightly further away they disappear. I understand that this might help improve server stability but changing it so i can see players/npcs at a much larger radius would be nice
