[REJECTED] World Quests [BoE Rewards]

Bug description: It seems as if World Quests are no longer rewarding BoE items. I can't confirm or deny this 100% but I strongly feel as if this is the case. Maybe there is a way you can check this.

I made a ticket asking if there were any changes made to how World Quests behave recently and I was told no, so at this point I can only assume that the algorithm that chooses which reward a WQ will reward has broken somehow.

I'm not the only person wondering about this but personally I have 7 110s that I've been checking everyday for the past few months for BoE WQs. A month ago you would find at least 1 BoE every 2 - 3 days and that's if you were unlucky. Usually you'd get 2, sometimes 3 or 4. Over the course of the past 2 weeks, I have found 0 WQs that reward BoE items, other people say the same thing. "Not finding any BoEs"

Look at the Auction House a month ago, you had all sorts of items for sale. Sure, it could be just the fact that there's less people doing their WQs now since they're already geared but I find it hard to believe no one is doing them.

A month ago you would have 50+ items of every type, plate, leather, cloth, etc. Now you have 28, in total. To be exact, at the time of writing this there is;

2 Plate
10 Mail
5 Leather
3 Cloth
6 Rings
2 Trinkets

BoE Items that are from World Quests on the AH. You have a handful more BoEs if you throw in all the 810 but those are world drops not WQ rewards. The severe lack of items just makes me think something has gone wrong even more.




Proof: I don't really have any real proof, unfortunately. I'm not even sure how I would provide proof for something like this.

I can confirm this, no BoE items for since weeks.
And also the 810 random World Drops should scale with ur lvl/ilvl Right?
Gm in ticket answered me that BoEs are not removed from WQ so something bugged out I guess

+1. I have 5 characters,in the last 8 or 9 days no boe at all also a guildie has over 15 toons and got no boe in the last 8/9 days aswell.. ^^

The world drop 810s should scale but it's extremely complex on how they scale exactly. I already tried making a thread about this before. I'd be surprised if anyone could find the exact details on how items should scale from 98-110. https://forum.wow-freakz.com/view-post-5792635.html

Following the trends of the Auction House (which really isnt reccomended on a pserver, but this is drastic enough to be alarming) an 855 BoE Mastery Ring which you can
equip at Level 101 now is worth 10000g, an 865 version with a socket of the same ring is worth 70000g.
This has drastically changed as you can see by those pricevalues since those rings used to sell at about 2000-3000g at a maximum at the base item-level of 855 and at
10000g at a maximum on the 865 counterpart.

This also is very much true for the rest of the BoE Worldquest items, which undeniably lets us believe that (unwillingly or willingly) BoE Worldquest items have been cut
from the game, which has drastically increased the value of such items.

I would imagine the only way to get BoEs now is from the WQ caches. Which honestly sucks in my opinion, on retail you had way more players (obviously) completing these making BoEs available. For this server, I feel like this is the end of BoEs and 101s at the same time. RIP 15/06/2017 - 01/08/2018 Feelsbadman.
