Bug description: In Ashran, Draenor, Challenger Sunforge doesn't sell anything. He just greets players and that's all. This guy sells some badass tmogs.

He's not supposed to in Legion without a special achievement from WoD, which is impossible to get now. He was incorrectly added and I believe the staff later realized this and reverted the fix.

You can, however, vote for the mogs. They seem to cost 70 points, or a week's worth of voting. You can also buy them on the shop if you're so inclined.

It's not about wether it should or should not work on legion it's about the vote points. Many other things should not work on legion but they do.... Would be nice if they brought it back tho.
