My game can't launch because of some kind of error, PLEASE HELP

So i installed the launcher for 9 hours and i am having a small problem i can't get into the game, i enter the launcher_freakz-64 and it says " The CAS System was unable to initialize: ClientHandler: Initialization error: failed fetching the CDN configuration file. "

Can anyone please help me i would post a screenshot but i don't know how.[/img]

You need to remove the READ ONLY attribute from the Data folder
