Bug description: Dark Simulacrum doesn't steal from the mages Blink (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=1953&&name=blink)
Proof: There is no way to demonstrate it, but it is very easy to test, does not work in the arena 100%

Damned thiefs i couldn't found info on askmrrobot because it was updated to BFA, this is best proof i found as list of spells allowed for DS

In the description of Dark Sim is clearly written that you can steal everything that uses mana, with the release of cataclysm blink you could always steal!

maybe it's because of the 'avoid all spell effects, when you perform blink' honor talent, AKA [prismatic cloak]

I tested, Blink is stealable, Shimmer is not.
Fixed.
