Bug description:

Its pretty simple at all. Draught of Soul´s Fel Crazed Rage DMG does not scale with UH DK Mastery.
Ive made a Test at the Dummy that shows you Stat changees and detailed DMG.
At the first Picture you hoopefully see my current stats + my DMG with Fel Crazeed Rage on the Dummy without Mastery stacks on me.

This one shows me raging, with a 10/10 Defile buff and Memento Mastery Proc. Flat 52% Mastery Buff.

The last one shows you the detailed DMG of Fel Crazed Rage at the time I had flat 111% Mastery. PS: Sad story I had about 200k less dmg with it even with full proccs.^^

"Draught of Souls: The Use effect of this trinket now respects the global cooldown. The damage of this trinket is now reduced by 30% for Unholy Death Knights (was reduced by 40%).
[b]Developers’ Notes:[b] Since Draught of Souls deals Shadow Damage, it’s increased by Unholy’s Mastery, which means we needed to reduce its base damage to keep its overall value similar to other classes. It’s currently a little too low, however, so we’re increasing the damage it deals for Unholy."

This guy has a 880 version of DoS with a tooltip showing 192,719 dmg.
Nighthold came out in jan 18 and and the 30% nerf at 24th of jan meaning it was already 40% nerfed when the actual raid come out.
Which just shows that any trinket gotten by any unholy dk after the raid released was a nerfed one.
To top it off this video was posted at the end of march, so like 3 months after the nerf.

I just have one question if DoS should do 0.7 of the tooltip damage after the nerf then how is this guy never hitting less than a 200k tick even though his tooltip shows 192k?
@9:38 mark he does not have a single mastery enhancement buff he still does more than his tooltip damage.
