Guyz ı wanna play wow-freakz with official blizzard rates. Here is my setup. It is correct?

Reputations rate: 1x
Poor items: 1x
Normal items: 1x
Uncommon items: 1x
Rare items: 1x
Epix İtems 1x
Piles of rare + uncommon items: 1x

Hello, I have a similar question. I have all set x1 in my account online, but when i do quests with my new lvl 1 char, i got "Someone likes me" achievement after the turned first quest aka honor isnt set on x1 i suppose.

Is this a bug or?
