HELP... STUCK... Shu, the Spirit of Water, (part 1)

Hi

I stuck on the following Quest:-

Shu, the Spirit of Water, (part 1) Cross to the Pool of Reflection

Whenever I get to the last rock, to jump onto the banks of the Pool of Reflection, I get the Curse of the Skunk and become a skunk. I am then unable to jump the distance needed to reach the bank. I have tried going around and entering the pool but as I have not completed part one then I cannot do part 2. I have also tried a Leap of Faith, which gets me to the Bank but still does not complete part 1. Is it something to do with the shimmer on the rocks? Am I missing something?

How can I get rid of this pesty curse?

My character is a Pandaran Hunter lvl 12.
