Unstable affliction recovery

Hi,

I was watching some videos of Affli lock PVP on 7.1.5 and I saw one interesting thing. The video below:

You can see there that the Unstable affliction is recovered when he's using Drain soul, so.. I'd like to ask you, what talent (pvp I guess) or glyph make this happen? Does it work only in PVP or also in PVE. Think it's caused by honor talent Rot & decay, is it possible?

Hi, it is caused by Rot and Decay indeed, and it can only occur in PvP scenarios, sadly no PvE.
