strange Lag around 4 pm ST

i have this problem, its extremely anoying because thats prescisely the hour at my guild goes to raid, out of combat is stable, but once combat begins the world ms goes as high as 9k. the only addons i use are Hedd, dbm and a dps meter, all 3 of them downloaded from the freakz website.

I first though it was my internet being sh*ty, but a few of my guildies also have this problem, its only the world ms that spikes up, the home ms always stays below 200

lag only occur around 3pm-7/8 pm ST which is server peak hour
anyway...i tried connecting with VPN, it reduces my ms from thousands to 300-500, but i still feel bit delay like 0,5 sec

thats normal because 300-500ms is basically a delay ov 0.3-0.5s. Also, thats an interesting solution, im gonna give it a try next time i go raid with my guild, do you remember by any chance what country is your vpn set up to?

or netherland
depend of ur vpn program, choose closest country from romania
