This item is wery usefull consumable,that should heal you for 30% of tottal HP.It should drop from Swamplighter Hive.On Freakz its just unusable gray item,and Swamplighter Hive is friendly to both Horde and Alliance and cant be atacked.

Confirmed, Item should be a consumable and the honeycomb should be attackable, regardless of faction
