Bug description: After killing a boss,I couldnt trade an item.Item still had 1h traid timer,wasnt from bonus roll and both players who I tried to trade it to killed boss with me.

Did they have loot cd ?

Yup,thats not bug,just loot cd thing.Tride to traid another item,got same message.But this time person I tried too trade to confirmed that he has loot cd.

Not completely sure , but saw often a server message passing .

As far as i remember , you have to delete in wow folder Interface/framexml

content was to be trade loot in a group

I never got problem with trade item, only issue i found is with some items like Midnight mount of new Karazhan that isn't tradable, but that's another topic.
This system text appear when player you're trading items have cd on that boss(.loot_cd to check already looted bosses)
