Priest Discipline Hidden Effect : Overloaded with Light - Light's Wrath is getting hot. Your next Light's Wrath will do massive damage.
not work for me.this spell add in patch 7.1.5.

Hidden artifact effects should not work in pvp, m+ and raids so this can be considered low priority.

Pls don't tag devs for anything, they are all busy working on 7.2.5 and will most likely ignore it.
