[Quest] Massacre at Light's Point BUG (stuck on air @ starting zone)

Hello.. didn't know where to post this but here it goes.
I finished quest as title says.. Clicked on cannon ability which said to return to NPC to turn in quest... Gryphon appeared and then disappeared and I am stuck on air, unable to do anything.
So I send a ticket ingame. This is the reply I get: https://imgur.com/a/TDD2XCz (I did explain I was a DK in starting zone, you can see my inventory as well in the SS)

Anyhow, figured I'd post here, since there is not an actual place in forum to request unstuck from quests.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

It seems the GM don't know what the Problem is.
Maybe an unstuck can help.

Please go create DK and try to unstuck while in DK starting zone from freakz website and tell me if it lets you
