Download Legion via Launcher safe??(Germany)

As title says, is it safe to download legion 7.1.5 via launcher. I will not try with torrent since it has upload ,and i know that is not legal.
Does launcher has any upload rate or is it pure download? Torrent is not legal only bicause it has upload and german laws sees that as supporting pirates ,they dont care about things you will download.
Love to play Legion , let me know asap.

Downloading the game via the launcher will, of course, take longer, but it is totally safe and will, in the end, allow you to play without issues.

Hello. As far as I know, downloading via Launcher will download the necessary game files directly to your client folder. I don't think it is considered a torrent download where you seed (upload) while downloading. So in short, you should be safe. But I would like someone else to confirm it since I am not entirely sure.

Downloading via the launcher is perfectly safe. Multiple German friends have done it.
