Bug description: I arrived with my rogue huargen character lvl. 110, named Sevillanoo, to Suramar with the intention of raising my reputation wanting to start the mission line of such a site. I arrived at the cave where the mission 'The Nightfallen' is located in Shal'Aran and I find that the mission was with a silver interrogation, that is, as if had accepted it previously, but I didn't and it's not found in my mission record and, therefore, I cannot leave to accept it again

It is paramount to be friendly with this faction and get to the world missions of Suramar and the emissary chests of all factions.

How could I solve my problem?

That's an emissary quest.
