Touch of death breaks paralisis

Why Touch of death breaks paralisis?. I don´t know if it´s just me but when i use it , it breaks paralisis from my target.

Its bcs it triggers auto attack right after u cast it its normal happens to everyone theres a macro on yt/google which can fix it easy

or you can do it like the old rogue days when you used expose armor and garote w/o braking steatlh: use ToD from 90' angle
