[FIXED] [Quest] [Highmountail] Evacuate Snowmane

Bug description: When you get the quest, you are supposed to talk to the NPC's yet they don't offer a dialogue option to "evacuate them". Also there seems to be a phasing problem, because the area of the NPC's look nothing like they should look in retail. A second version of Mala is underground, also offering the quest, and some other hostile NPC'S. The NPC's should be in huts but here you see just plain terrain. Btw, I did delete cache, so that's not the issue, and also completed all the prerequisite quests. I hope this can be fixed soon since it's needed for the Pathfinder achievements.
