Bug description: Necrotic strike should work with soul reaper and unholy frenzy as per 7.2.5

that Necrotic Strike should proc Unholy frenzy and soul reaper from 7.2.5

I read through the topics you linked . Necrotic strike doesn't proc wounds it's successfully converting them to Necrotic heal absorb , but Necrotic strike while converting the same doesn't proc Soul reaper nor Unholy frenzy .
