Bug description: Transmogrification to hidden pieces should be free, as specified in the transmogrification interface.
Right now, transmogrifications to hidden pieces are treated in the same way as the regular transmogs, in terms of cost.

For example: Class Hall helmet has sell price of 125 gold. If you try to transmog it to "Hidden helm", the cost on the transmog interface will be zero. However, when you click Apply, a cost of 125 gold (original item's sell price) will be deducted from your inventory, or a "not enough money" error will be displayed instead.
