[FIXED] [Rogue] Toxic Blade, Kingsbane vs Seal Fate

WoW Freakz spell link: (Toxic Blade, Kingsbane) + Seal Fate
Bug description: Seal Fate awards an additional combo point for each critical strike on an ability. Toxic Blade awards 1 combo point, and if a critical strike occurs, it awards an additional one, making it 2 in total. Kingsbane awards 1 combo point, and since it hits with both main hand and off hand weapons, it should award 2 more combo points for each weapon critical strike, making it 3 in total. The problem here with this is that both Toxic Blade and Kingsbane award 1 critical point total, even on critical strikes.
