[REJECTED] Fortified/Tyrannical bonus dmg

Bug description: according to our armory tyrannical is listed as up to 20% dmg and fortified up to 40%, according to 7.2 patch notes it should be 15% and 30% respectively (if its just a visual bug on the armory I apologize for making the topic)

Fortified damage bonus lowered to 30% (was 40%).
Tyrannical damage bonus lowered to 15% (was 20%).

Most certainly a visual bug, ingame tooltip for fortified looks like this:
