[Demon Hunter][Vengeance] Infernal Strike Inconsistency

Bug description: Infernal Strike has moments when it simply makes you jump in place instead of the intended target location . If you're specced into Flame Crash it'll place the sigil at your selected location and yet you'll still jump in place . The roles can sometimes be reversed however , in which case the sigil will remain at your initial location and yet you'll leap successfully at your destination . This bug was fixed a while ago in 7.1.5 but it seems to have re-surfaced with 7.2.5

I remember this happening to me on 7.1.5 @ Krosus A LOT, might have something to do with textures/surface. I have been jumping on the PTR for 15 minutes straight and it hasn't happened even once to me, try to record it happening and I will confirm this.

I got this to happen on my first recording attempt , if you want to try to reproduce it do what i did in the video on my second cast .

Confirmed, just tested again and it seems to happen more often when jumping from higher to lower ground or vice versa.
